%X Esta memoria aborda el proceso creativo del videojuego Recuerdos de Shiori, una narrativa interactiva desde su concepción -guion, personajes, investigación, concept art – y game design hasta sus primeras fases de demostración funcional -programación, placeholders, diseño y animación-. Para el diseño de este videojuego se ha partido de la iconografía del Studio Ghibli, tomando así aspectos clave del folklore japonés y su mitología -como la leyenda del kamikakushi- y, de arquetipos y fórmulas recurrentes en este estudio de animación: el espacio sensual, la hibridación de la arquitectura europea y japonesa, la pasión por la aviación y volar, etc. Con todo, se ha pretendido ser fiel a la visión de los autores de las obras del Studio Ghibli en la búsqueda de un estilo narrativo y visual que no incurra en  problemáticas de apropiación cultural. Cabe señalar que este estilo visual es bastante prolífico en el desarrollo de videojuegos independientes y ha inspirado a todo tipo de obras en la actualidad.
%X This report addresses the creative process of the video game Shiori Memories, an interactive narrative from its conception - script, characters, research, concept art - and game design to its first phases of functional demonstration - programming, placeholders, design, and animation. For the design of this video game, we have started from the iconography of Studio Ghibli,thus taking key aspects of Japanese folklore and its mythology -such as the legend of kamikakushi-, as well as archetypes and recurring formulasin this animation study: the “space sensual”, the hybridization of European and Japanese architecture, the passion for aviation and flying, etc. However, it has been tried to be faithful to the vision of the authors of the works of Studio Ghibli, in the search for a narrative and visual style that does not incur problems of cultural appropriation. It should be noted that this visual style is quite prolific in the development of independent video games and has inspired all kinds of works today.
