AB This article is about organizational change based on the new perspective of Systemic Constellations, by means of a brief analysis of two doctoral theses, one in Spanish from Spain, one in English from the Netherlands. The results were obtained from various geographical and professional contexts, and suggest new ways of decision-making in organizations, more from the perspective of what can be done, than of what should be done.
