This rapid transformation has left the average citizen with little time to adapt to the threats proliferating online, as well as to identify and confront potential attacks targeting their personal information and devices. In this context, routers play a crucial role as the first line of defense in both home and business networks. However, they are often not used optimally to ensure robust security. This work focuses on the development and evaluation of a prototype of an advanced AI-based tool designed to analyse router configurations, with the aim of identifying allthe problems, the limitations and the challenges that creating such a model can mean toa developer and how should they be resolved or, at least, mitigated in the future. %~
