RT Journal Article T1 Peripheral blood regulatory T cells and occurrence of Cytomegalovirus DNAemia after unmanipulated haploidentical allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with posttransplant cyclophosphamide A1 Huntley, Dixie A1 Giménez, Estela A1 Pascual, María Jesús A1 Vázquez, Lourdes A1 Amat, Paula A1 Remigia, María José A1 Hernández Martín, Marta María A1 Hernández Boluda, Juan Carlos A1 Gago, Beatriz A1 Piñana, José Luis A1 García, Magdalena A1 Pérez, Ariadna A1 Alberola, Juan A1 Gozalbo Rovira, Roberto A1 Albert, Eliseo A1 Solano, Carlos A1 Navarro, David AB Cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNAemia remains a clinically relevant problem following allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Currently, enumeration of IFN-γ- producing CMV-specific T cells provides helpful yet improvable data for patient stratification for risk of primary or recurrent CMV DNAemia and for predicting clinically refractory episodes of CMV DNAemia.
