%X Nuestro objetivo ha sido dar una vision general de la farmacia hospitalaria militar (fhm) en el pasado y en el presente, exponiendo algunas ideas de posible aplicación en el futuro. Iniciamos con el hospital de la reina, origen de los hospitales de campaña, y el hospital fijo de malinas (1585) como primer antecedente conocido de hospitales militares fijos. El personal, los hospitales militares fijos de los tres ultimos siglos, los cometidos, la evolución de la terapéutica y los hospitales de campaña los estudiamos en el marco reglamentario de: formularios, reglamentos, petitorios, guías, escalillas y disposiciones oficiales. Reseñamos el i simposium de farmacia hospitalaria de las fuerzas armadas (1972) por ser el punto de inflexión que produjo un cambio de rumbo en la fhm desarrollando nuevas ideas (farmacia clínica, comisiones, guías, informatización, etc.) que actuaron como semilla y dieron sus frutos prácticos en la década de los ochenta, lo que ha permitido que la fhm este a un nivel de desarrollo adecuado a la evolución de la tecnica y a las necesidades de la sociedad en la que nos ha tocado vivir
%X Our objective has been to give an overview of the military hospital pharmacy (fhm) in the past and in the present, presenting some ideas of possible application in the future. We started with the Queen's Hospital, the origin of field hospitals, and the Malines Fixed Hospital (1585) as the first known antecedent of fixed military hospitals. The personnel, the fixed military hospitals of the last three centuries, the tasks, the evolution of therapeutics and the field hospitals are studied within the regulatory framework of: forms, regulations, requests, guides, ladders and official provisions. We review the 1st Hospital Pharmacy Symposium of the Armed Forces (1972) for being the turning point that produced a change of course in the FMH developing new ideas (clinical pharmacy, commissions, guides, computerization, etc.) that acted as seed and gave their practical fruits in the eighties, which has allowed the fhm to be at a level of development appropriate to the evolution of technology and the needs of the society in which we have lived
