AB La tecnología digital ha venido a cambiar nuestros modos de difusión de la información y del conocimiento. Pero más allá de los problemas suscitados en los últimos años sobre la pervivencia o no de los modelos culturales y empresariales que nacieron con la tecnologíaa de la imprenta en los siglos XV y XVI en la era digital o los modelos de difusión de los testimonios en diferentes proyectos (Google Libros, Europeana, Biblioteca Digital Mundial), ha llegado el momento de incidir sobre la verdadera naturaleza del cambio de paradigma que estamos viviendo: la segunda textualidad, que ofrecerá sus mejores resultados en los próximos años.
AB Digital technology today is rapidly changing the ways we exchange information and knowledge. Beyond the problems raised by the survival of cultural and commercial models tied to the development of printing during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, the digital era brings such projects as Google Books, Europeana and the Worldwide Digital Library. Given the scope and speed of change, we need to examine the nature of this new paradigm of exchange, a second textuality whose results will be still more impressive in the years to come.
