AB El impacto que ha tenido el avance y la implantación de las páginas Web en la sociedad, debido, principalmente, al rápido crecimiento que ha experimentado Internet, y, por ente, el desarrollo de un espacio multimedia interactivo emerge y se configura en torno a una realidad nueva, dando lugar a un mundo en que se habla un nuevo lenguaje, tecnológico, más rico, mutable, transformable, que trasciende las barreras del espacio tradicional. El campo de trabajo del desarrollo Web ha evolucionado rápidamente y a los vocablos habituales se han añadido nociones nuevas, tomadas de distintas profesiones, diversificándose en diferentes especialidades y enfocadas a mejorar las relaciones entre los ciudadanos y las diversas entidades. Así es el caso de la Usabilidad para la Web y la Arquitectura de la Información, materias que tienen como objetivo final optimizar el acceso a la información. La calidad de una página Web viene definida por la facilidad de uso, como aseguran expertos en la materia, y acercarse a los estándares marcados por la Organización Internacional de Estandarización (ISO) asegura que un sitio Web tenga un diseño atractivo, satisfactorio y los productos o los servicios que se proporcionan en dicho portal Web puedan ser considerados eficientes y eficaces por los usuarios...
AB The impact that the advance and the implantation of the Web pages have had on society, mainly due to the rapid growth that the Internet has experienced, and, therefore, the development of an interactive multimedia space, emerges and is configured around a new reality, giving rise to a world in which a new language is spoken: technological, richer, mutable, transformable, that transcends the barriers of the traditional space. The field of work of Web development has evolved rapidly and to the usual words new notions have been added, taken from different professions, diversifying into different specialties and focused on improving relations between citizens and various entities. This is the case of Usability for the Web and information architecture, subjects that have the goal of optimizing the access to information. The quality of a Web page is defined by the ease of use, as assured by experts in the field, and approaching the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) ensures that a website has an attractive, satisfactory design and products or the services provided in said web portal can be considered efficient and effective by users. This expression not only manifests itself in the design of the interface of a Web page, in the ease with which it is used, etc., also in the contents, in the structural design of the information system, in its presentation, etc...
