%X This chapter focus on the achievements of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) since its inception in 2003, the challenges it faces in both dimensions, the so-called Eastern Partnership (EaP) and the Southern Dimension, and will try to provide some keys that allow this policy to be developed in a world that in recent years has revealed itself as changing and fragile, and at the time of writing this lines, shaken with great virulence by the COVID-19 pandemic, whose global impact in the medium and long term on international governance remains to be seen.
