AB La exposición de los resultados que la cooperación entre las confesiones y los poderes públicos han propiciado, en favor de una mejor garantía del derecho de libertad religiosa de la persona, a pesar de que no haya faltado quien abogue por una concepción de la laicidad que impediría cualquier tipo de cooperación, bien permite concluir que el ejercicio de este principio ha dado resultados positivos, en garantía de la libertad. EN el capítulo se ofrecen las prospectivas de futuro desde la óptica de la identidad constitucional y del esperable desarrollo de los derechos culturales.
AB The exhibition of the results that the cooperation betweenconfessions and public authorities have promoted, in favor of a better guarantee of the right to freedomof the person, despite the fact that there has been someone who advocates a conception of secularism that would prevent any type of cooperation, it well allows us to conclude that the exercise of this principle has given positive results, in guarantee of freedom. The chapter offers future prospects from the perspective of constitutional identity and the expected development of cultural rights.
