RT null T1 Mitral valve in valve: A new choice to be still cautious A1 Ferrera, Carlos A1 Almería, Carlos A1 Maroto Castellanos, Luis Carlos A1 Cobiella, Javier A1 De Agustín Loeches, José Alberto A1 Rodrigo López, José Luis A1 Islas, Fabián A1 Marcos-Alberca, Pedro A1 Rodríguez, José Enrique A1 Pérez De Isla, Leopoldo A1 Macaya Miguel, Carlos AB As the aging population grows, there is a parallel increase of degenerative valvulopathies. In the same way, bioprosthesis implanted years ago may undergo a gradual deterioration over time. Increased risk of reoperation is well known, but today it is the unique option for degenerated bioprosthesis. This situation leads to a crossover of two main issues: on the one side, an increase in aged-patient proportion, and on the other side, the higher risk from reoperation.
