%X Discute a disciplina Mediação da Informação na graduação e elucida que a referida disciplina é fundamental para a formação dos futuros bibliotecários, pois além de enaltecer a potencialidade do papel mediador desse profissional, apresenta a diversidade dos campos de atuação para ele também. Descreve as experiências didático-pedagógicas, geradas em sala de aula, a partir das discussões com os alunos de Biblioteconomia da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), Paraná/Brasil, ao ministrar a disciplina nos anos de 2013 e 2014. Apresenta a dinâmica e a forma como a disciplina foi ministrada com duas turmas, bem como a avaliação dos alunos. Expõe uma revisão de literatura abordando os conceitos de mediação da informação, formação de bibliotecários, ensino da biblioteconomia, como também dialoga com as experiências relatadas na literatura científica. Analisa o discurso e a percepção dos alunos a partir das discussões na disciplina e a temática mediação da informação. Utilizou-se a análise do discurso para analisar os dados. Os alunos de ambas as turmas relataram que ao cursar a disciplina, são ampliadas as possibilidades de atuação na área da Biblioteconomia e Ciência da Informação, também foi apontado por eles a compreensão a respeito da mediação da informação e a sua abrangência no campo da Ciência da Informação. Eles passaram a perceber como podem interferir em diferentes instâncias e processos informacionais, seja de maneira implícita ou explícita. Conclui-se, a partir da experiência em sala de aula, que os alunos de Biblioteconomia apresentam um discurso embrionário quanto ao conceito de mediação da informação no início da disciplina, mas que ao decorrer dela, torna-se melhor compreendido. Muitos alunos relataram que não imaginavam as diversas possibilidades de mediação da informação e de interferência no fazer do bibliotecário e o quanto podem influenciar na decisão dos usuários.
%X Discusses the Information Mediation discipline in undergraduate and clarifies that such course is fundamental to the training of future librarians, as well as enhance the potential of the mediating role of this professional, presents the diversity of fields of activity for him as well. Describes the didactic and pedagogical experiences generated in the classroom, from the discussions with students of Library Science from the State University of Londrina (UEL), Paraná/Brazil, to teach the course in the years 2013 and 2014. It presents the dynamics and the way as the course was administered to two groups, and student assessment. Exposes a literature review addressing the concepts of information mediation, training of librarians, teaching of librarianship, but also speaks to the experiences reported in the scientific literature. Analyzes the speech and the perception of students from the discussions in the discipline and the subject mediation of information. We used discourse analysis to analyze the data and they are presented on consecutive frames of interpretation. Students of both groups reported that to take the course, are enlarged the possibilities of action in the field of Library and Information Science, was also appointed by them understanding about the information mediation and its scope in the field of Information Science. They began to realize how they can interfere in different instances and information processes, either implicitly or explicitly. It follows from the experience in the classroom, the Library of students present an embryonic discourse and the concept of information mediation in the beginning of the course, but the course it becomes better understood. Many students reported that they did not realize the various possibilities of mediation information and interference in making the librarian and how much they can influence the decision of users.
