AB A continuación trataremos la cuestión de si la modificación o alteración de la fotocopia de un documento es constitutivo de ilícito penal, y si además, dicha mutación o alteración —de un documento público u oficial— debe ser constitutivo de un delito de falsedad en documento privado, o lo es de un documento público u oficial.
AB Next we will deal with the question of whether the modification or alteration of a photocopy of a document is  constitutive  of  a  criminal  offense,  and  if  in  addition,  said  mutation  —if  it  is  a  public  or  official  document—  must  constitute a crime of falsification in a document private, or it is from a public or official document.Key words: alsehood in document, photocopy, public document, official document, document functions.
