RT Journal Article T1 Violation of Bell quantum probability inequalities with classical fields A1 Ares Santos, Laura A1 Luis Aina, Alfredo AB We present a violation of Bell inequalities in terms of probabilities for classical electromagnetic fields, where light intensities are converted into probabilities via the standard photon-counting equation. The violations can be ascribed to the nonlinear relation between the light intensity and the detection statistics. Finally, we develop a new Bell-like criterion to be applied in this semiclassical scenario.
