El presente trabajo tiene, al modo escolástico, tres partes: La primera parte se refiere a la vida y obra del P. Antonio Pérez S.I. y aporta o corrige numerosos datos bio-bibliográficos, reconstruyendo, curso a curso, lo que fue una vida dedicada al estudio y la docencia, siguiendo la “ratio studiorum”. La segunda parte, el núcleo de la tesis, se refiere al Tratado sobre la Justicia y el Derecho de nuestro autor; es decir, al estudio de su pensamiento iusfilosófico, que es lo que aquí más interesa. Y, finalmente, la tercera parte, que en un comienzo no teníamos prevista, se refiere al proceso de separación de Antonio Pérez de su cátedra del Colegio Romano, y -principalmente- al análisis de la carta de “autodefensa” que el propio Pérez dirige al P. General, que tiene un altísimo interés no sólo biográfico, sino también jurídico...This work, like the scholastic mode, has three parts: The first part deals with the life and work of P. Antonio Perez SI and adds or corrects numerous bio-bibliographic data, rebuilding, course by course, which was a life dedicated to the study and teaching, following the "Ratio Studiorum". The second part, the core of the thesis, refers to the Treaty on the Justice and Law of our author; that is, the study of his jusphilosophical thought, which is what we care about most. And finally, the third part, which initially had not been planned, refers to the process of separation of Antonio Perez from his professorship at the Roman College, and -mainly- the analysis of his "self-defense" that Perez himself addressed to P. General, which has a high interest not only biographical but also legal...
