Esta tesis doctoral estudia la presencia del discurso del media art (new media art, arte de los nuevos medios) en el currículum de varias titulaciones de Bellas Artes pertenecientes a un conjunto de universidades en España durante el período postCOVID-19 (2019-2023). Para ello se centra, por un lado, en el estudio de varias fuentes discursivas a través del uso del Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD), en concreto, un conjunto de guías docentes pertenecientes a asignaturas relacionadas con el área de arte y tecnología y, por otro, el discurso de un conjunto de docentes por medio de entrevistas. El trabajo aborda la comprensión del constructo conceptual media art como término, comunidad, discurso y mundo artístico dentro del contexto del arte desarrollado desde finales del siglo XX. This doctoral thesis studies the presence of media art discourse (new media art, newmedia art) in the curriculum of several Fine Arts degrees in a group of universities in Spain during the post-COVID-19 period (2019-2023). To this end, it focuses, on the one hand, on the study of several discursive sources through the use of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), specifically, a set of teaching guides belonging to subjects related to the area of art and technology and, on the other hand, the discourse of a group of teachers through interviews.
