   <dcterms:abstract>En los últimos años, el uso de medicamentos psiquiátricos en la población pediátrica ha aumentado significativamente, reflejando cambios en las prácticas clínicas y en la identificación de trastornos mentales en niños y adolescentes. Este incremento ha generado debate sobre la necesidad de un abordaje terapéutico equilibrado que combine el tratamiento farmacológico con intervenciones psicológicas.</dcterms:abstract>
