The Personal Names of the PaRRuS (Babylonian PuRRuS)-Pattern in the Middle Assyrian Documentation Llop Raduá, Jaume Grégory Chambon y Juan-Pablo Vita This article analyses 28 Middle Assyrian personal names in the PaRRuS (Babylonian PuRRuS) pattern, a rare morphological type formed from D-stem verbal adjectives. Most names denote physical traits, especially of the eyes, hair, senses, or body, though some indicate personality or remain semantically obscure.
