El fotolibro español ha tenido un gran auge desde comienzos del siglo XXI. Cada vez hay un mayor número de artistas y editoriales que trabajan con el fotolibro y se dedican a su creación y difusión. El fotolibro es un tipo especial de publicación de artista o libro de artista que tiene presencia en el panorama artístico desde finales del siglo XIX.
En este documento se pasa revista al panorama del fotolibro español actual a partir de una selección de la colección de la Biblioteca de la Facultad de Bellas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.The Spanish photobooks have boomed since the beginning of the XXI century. More and more artists and publishers are dedicated to their creation and dissemination.
The photobook is a special type of publication of artist or artist's book that has a presence in the art scene since the late nineteenth century.
This paper reviews the current Spanish panorama of photobooks from a selection of the collection of the Library of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid.
