Este documento analiza las potencialidades de la Acción Exterior de Extremadura en un mundo global, así como los principales mecanismos de participación de las CCAA y el Estado a nivel doméstico y europeo en la defensa y promoción de sus intereses ante las instituciones comunitarias. El diseño de un Plan Estratégico permitirá evaluar su eficacia en la escena internacional.
This paper analyzes the potential of Extremadura foreign affairs in a global world, and the main mechanisms of participation of the Spanish regions and the State at domestic and European level in order to promote and defend their interests to the European institutions. The design of a Strategic Plan will allow assessing its effectiveness on the international stage.
