Los estudios de «Filosofía del Derecho» en la Universidad española son relativamente recientes, máxime si se consideran tan sólo los conducentes a la licenciatura en Derecho. Esta investigación busca dicha presencia, y la razón de la misma. Lo que ha llevado a indagar la recepción y significado de la asignatura «Derecho natural». El fondo de la cuestión es la ciencia del Derecho, abriéndose a dicho debate a través de aportaciones nucleares.Philosophy of Law studies at Spanish universities are relatively new, especially when considering those leading to a degree in Law. This paper focuses on understanding the reason for their presence and investigates the importance of their reception and meaning of the subject of Natural Law. The core of the matter is the Science of Law, which opens the debate through some core contributions.ZUSAMENFASSUNG: Das Rechtsphilosophiestudium an der spanischen Fakultät ist relativ jüngst, besonders wenn man nur diejenige in Betracht zieht, die an dem höheren Rechtsabschluss teilnehmen. Diese Forschung sucht die erwähnte Erscheinung des Rechtsphilosophiestudiums und diejenige Gründe, die dazu gebracht haben, den Empfang und die Bedeutung des Naturrechts zu untersuchen. Der Kern der Frage ist die Rechtswissenschaft, die sich der angedeuteten Debatte durch Kernbeiträge öffnet.
