   <dc:description>Las bacterias, especialmente las Gram-negativas, han desarrollado mecanismos de resistencia a los antibióticos β-lactámicos e incluso a los inhibidores de β-lactamasas con los que se administran conjuntamente. Ante el agotamiento conjunto del arsenal terapéutico del que se disponía en la práctica clínica, se ha potenciado el desarrollo de nuevos inhibidores de β-lactamasa, objetivo de este trabajo.</dc:description>
   <dc:description>Bacteria and especially Gram-negative bacteria, have developed mechanisms of resistance to β-lactam antibiotics and even to β-lactamase inhibitors. Because of the joint depletion of the therapeutic arsenal available in clinical practice, this review deals with the development of new β-lactamase inhibitors.</dc:description>
