El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las relaciones entre el Legislativo y el Ejecutivo en España tanto en Gobiernos mayoritarios como en Gobiernos minoritarios. Para ello, se han estudiado el control del Parlamento al Ejecutivo, la actividad legislativa y la producción legislativa. De esta manera, se podrá determinar la relación que se produce entre el Ejecutivo y el Legislativo en función de estos aspectos, pero también qué factores pueden condicionarla.
The goal of this article is to analyse the relationship between Legislative and Executive powers in Spain, both in majority and minority Governments. For that purpose, we study the control of the Parliament over the Executive, Legislative activity, and legislative production. Attention to these dimensions will allow us to analyze the relationship between Executive and Legislative powers, together with the factors that may condition it.
