O Repositório Institucional é uma ferramenta de gestão que possui infraestrutura para preservar memória e salvaguarda de informações, possibilitando a instituição gerenciar, disseminar e compartilhar seu conhecimento. Este é o foco do presente projeto que tem como objetivo contribuir para a preservação e acesso aos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão – POPs do Instituto Estadual de hematologia “Arthur de Siqueira Cavalcanti” – HEMORIO. Enquanto instituição da área da saúde, O HEMORIO tem uma prática importante para ser preservada, contribuindo desta forma para a memória da saúde do país. Espera-se que a implantação do Repositório Institucional HEMORIO possa contribuir para o fortalecimento da organização da informação na instituição e, consequentemente, para o desenvolvimento científico na área de hematologia e hemoterapia.The information produced within an institution is considered a heritage and should be saved so that institutional memory is preserved over time.
