These are the reuse of an old flour production plant from the late 19th century (Carretero factory) as a social housing (1987-1995); the restoration of the old Segovia Mint (whose remains date back to the 16th century) as a museum (1999-2006), and the adaptative reuse of the modern building of sausage factory “El Acueducto” for commercial uses, which ensure certain resilience. The three projects represent different conceptual models, criteria and methods of rehabilitation, but they share a notable urban and landscape impact in their genesis and development, due to their location on the accesses and edges of the historic city. These operations will be analysed from their integration in special urban development plans or re-naturalisation plans, responding to a theoretical approach associated with the post-industrial landscape, also understood as a historic urban landscape.La proposta affronta tre modelli di intervento su complessi industriali obsoleti in siti periurbani nella città storica di Segovia patrimonio dell’umanità: la conversione di uno stabilimento per la produzione di farina della fine del XIX secolo ( fabbrica Carretero) in edilizia sociale (1987-1995); il reimpiego dell’ex Zecca Reale di Segovia (le cui tracce risalgono al XVI secolo) in un museo (1999-2006) e il recupero dell’ex fabbrica di salsicce “El Acueducto”, costruita negli anni Sessanta del secolo scorso, per scopi commerciali, garantendo una certa resilienza. I tre progetti rappresentano modelli concettuali, diversi criteri e metodi di riabilitazione, condividendo nella loro genesi e sviluppo, cosí come nel loro recupero, un notevele impatto urbano e paesaggistico dovuto alla loro ubicazione negli accessi e nelle aree periurbane del centro storico.
