Aproximación jurídico-constitucional al régimen penal marroquí: la custodia policial o detención preventiva y elementos básicos de justicia penal

Con la aparición de este nuevo texto constitucional se constituyó un nuevo marco político, social y económico en el reino alauita. En el contexto penal y procesal, daría lugar a varias reformas para adaptar el sistema penal marroquí a los principios de la nueva Constitución y a las obligaciones internacionales de derechos humanos. Este estudio trata de analizar la efectividad de esta adaptación en dos puntos específicos de relevancia constitucional y penal: la custodia policial o detención preventiva y el nivel de rigor y represión del Derecho penal.In July the Moroccan Constitution of 2011 will be 10 years of validity. With the appearance of this new constitutional text was created a new po-litical, economic and social framework for the Alaouite Kingdom.
