For this purpose, in the first section a conceptual introduction is done of the nature and fundamental charaderistics of the kind of decision activity involved in the management process at business organizations. In the followling one, some of the basic ideas developed in the Artificial Intelligence and Problem Solving's disciplines, suitable to the understanding of this work are presented.
