En este trabajo se realiza un estudio de la asimilación de esta norma en el ordenamiento español, estatal y autonómico, partiendo de una evolución histórica. Se comprobará que el modelo predominante, a pesar de las apariencias, sigue siendo el sectorial, acuciado en los últimos tiempos por la preeminencia del sector de las infraestructuras de energías renovables.Council of Europe Member States that have ratified the European Landscape Con-vention have committed themselves to the integration of the landscape into territorial and urban planning policies and into their sectoral policies of territorial impact. This paper studies the assimilation of this regulation in the Spanish, national and regional legal sys-tems, based on a historical evolution.
