Its first aim is to highlight the strength of Scheler’s view by focusing on its systematic bonds to other aspects of his philosophy, such as his depiction of body-consciousness or his theory of vital feelings. The second aim is to defend Scheler’s theory of death against two objections: the first concerns his view on the origin of man’s certainty that he will die; the second accuses him of having naturalized the phenomenon of death. In discussing the latter objection, close attention is paid to Paul Ludwig Landsberg’s alternative view of death.spaLa fenomenología del morir en Max SchelerThe phenomenology of death in Max Schelerjournal article1827-7926https://dx.doi.org/10.26350/001050_000119https://filosofianeoscolastica.vitaepensiero.it/scheda-articolo_digital/leonardo-rodriguez-dupla/la-fenomenologia-del-moriren-max-scheler-001050_2019_0002_0429-369317.htmlhttps://produccioncientifica.ucm.es/documentos/600ef436f179b17b49336f96open access17128165.62SchelerDeathBodyVital FeelingsLandsbergFilosofíaFenomenologíaMetafísica72 Filosofía7206.01 Filosofía de la Vida7203.03 Metafísica, Ontología
