On the one hand, cooperation must penetrate to the bosom of the information systems themselves, eliminating redundancies in the internal work processes and making the most of the increasingly scarce resources at our disposal. On the other hand, we must align it within the framework of a much more intense international cooperation, which will build on firm projects on a global scale.
