En concreto, esta LOSSEC y el RD 84/2015 adaptan las condiciones de acceso y de ejercicio de la actividad bancaria por parte de las entidades de crédito, así como su supervisión y sanción por el Banco de España a los mandatos del Reglamento (UE) nº.575/2013 y de la Directiva 2013/36/UE.This study provides a first overview of the new regulation of the Spanish banking system established by the Act 10/2014, of 26 June, of Ordination, Supervision and Solvency of Credit Institutions (LOSSEC) and the Royal Decree 84/2015 (RD 84/2015) that profoundly transforms the regulatory architecture of the Spanish banking market and markets in financial instruments in order to adapt them to the new environment of European Union Law on financial markets.
