Para poder realizar esta función de manera óptima y obtener una ventaja competitiva frente al resto de empresas, éstas se valen de la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas que mejoren, aceleren, u optimicen cada uno de sus procesos. Dentro de dichas herramientas, las relacionadas con el uso de la inteligencia artificial (IA) están irrumpiendo en la práctica laboral. A lo largo de las páginas de este trabajo, se revisarán los elementos o técnicas del proceso de selección que más se están viendo afectados por las herramientas tecnológicas y de IA, qué herramientas son las que más efecto están teniendo en la transformación tecnológica de la selección, y se analizarán las cuestiones éticas que surgen de esta transformación.Personnel selection is part of the processes and tasks conducted by a company to ensure the hiring of professionals who meet the various needs of its positions.
