The responsivity of these types of antennas is evaluated from both theoretical and numerical perspectives pointing out its potential as infrared sensors. Moreover, the same structures can be used to characterize the state of polarization of the optical near fields with a spatial resolution comparable to the wavelength.engSeebeck nanoantennas for the detection and characterization of infrared radiationjournal articlehttp://dx.doi.org/10.1364/OE.22.0A1538http://www.opticsinfobase.org/oe/abstract.cfm?URI=oe-22-S6-A1538restricted access535.14535.24-1InfraredQuantum detectorsNanostructuresElectrónica (Física)Óptica (Física)Teoría de los quanta2209.19 Óptica Física2210.23 Teoría Cuántica
