Its Collections Emergency Protection Plan (PROCOERS Plan) is a comprehensive management system for the entire museum that aims to provide an effective response to the protection of the works hosted by the Museum at its four venues in the event of an emergency situation. The PROCOERS Plan integrates a dynamic collection data infrastructure model that is used to analyze works and spaces globally and dynamically in real time. The advantages of this model under development are, among others, the integration and updating of all the necessary information with sectorised access possibilities in a single system, the capacity to predict different risk situations linked to the different variables, the anticipation of different solutions or the obtaining of proposals for action to facilitate decision-making in the event of an emergency.engAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Risk Management and Emergency Plan for Collections Case Study: Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and its PROCOERS Planbook parthttps://icomos.splet.arnes.si/files/2023/03/Icomos_Monografija_04_WEB.pdfopen access069.6risk managementcultural heritagecontemporary artmuseumemergency plan for collectionsHumanidadesMuseología62 Ciencias de las Artes y las Letras5101.06 Museología
