Due to the high quantity and diversity of the almandine garnets, this area is unique. Garnet occurs as isolated euhedral crystals in the volcanic rock, as the principal component of metapelitic xenoliths in dacite, and as a terrigenous deposit formed by the erosion of the volcanic dome. In this work, we provide new mineralogical and geochemical data, which should be taken into account during the processing and recovery of the garnet placer.engThe garnet placer deposit from SE Spain: Industrial recovery and geochemical featuresjournal article2586-1298https://doi.org/10.18814/epiiugs/2000/v23i4/005https://www.episodes.org/journal/view.html?volume=23&number=4&spage=266&vmd=Aopen access553.85(460.358)GarnetsTexturesSpainGarnet placerGeoquímicaMineralogía (Geología)2506.11 Mineralogía2503 Geoquímica
