Estas peculiaridades las hemos resumido en las incompatibilidades con otras Órdenes, la posible eliminación de un nombre en la primera lista de Caballeros Grandes Cruces, y la excepcionalidad de la creación de los caballeros supernumerarios cuando se suponía que esta categoría no existía.In this work, we will address issues related to the order of Charles III that have not been sufficiently explained until now. These have created confusion when assigning different figures to a specific category of the order, and have even led to misidentifications of some works of art or even to the creation of others with incorrect insignia.
