La LES no se ha desarrollado completamente en esta materia hasta fecha reciente. El trabajo se ocupa de analizar las disposiciones reglamentarias dictadas al respecto, que serán aplicables a partir del 1 de enero de 2014. The Sustainable Economy Act (LES) established in 2011 the compulsory issuance for listed companies of an annual report on directors’ remuneration and the non-binding vote on such report by the Shareholders’ Meeting. The Act has not been thoroughly implemented thereon until recently.
