Se presta atención al distinto modo de entender la justicia de cada uno de los enfoques y sus fundamentaciones teóricas: la perspectiva teleológica aristotélica, la contractualista clásica, el cosmopolitismo kantiano, y con mayor detalle, la teoría de la justicia de John Rawls y sus aplicaciones globales y las alternativas cosmopolitas y utilitaristas de alcance global.The subject presents an overview of the idea of justice starting from its classic enunciations, going through its reformulations in the modern age and reaching our days.
