Different crystal habit regions grow with an annular symmetry. A correlation between morphology, CL, PL and Raman measurements is obtained for each region. The influence of the growth parameters is discussed.engCorrelation between crystal structure, quality and luminescence in torch flame grown diamond filmsjournal articlehttp://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/0925963595005099http://www.sciencedirect.comrestricted access538.9Chemical-Vapor-DepositionCathodoluminescenceParticlesDefectsFísica de materiales
