Cl enhances the 1.4 eV emission and retards the appearance of the tellurium vacancy related emission band. The behaviour under annealing indicates that doping with substitutional impurities involved in A-centers influences the intensity of the 1.4 eV band.engStudy of defects in CdTe: Cl by cathodoluminescence microscopyjournal articlehttp://dx.doi.org/10.1016/0167-577X(95)00027-5http://www.sciencedirect.comopen access538.9PhotoluminescenceFísica de materiales
