Among others large-aperture long-focal length optical systems, spectrometers and visible/IR cameras are common instruments. Operation in the hostile spatial environment requires an exhaustive on-ground integration and verification campaign where optical, electro-optical and radiometric performances shall be verified. Determination of suitable facilities, means, support equipments and process are fundamental for the mission success. A review of INTA experience and capabilities in this field are presented.engIntegration and Testing of Optical Instrumentation for Space Applicationsconference paperhttps://doi.org/10.1364/LAOP.2016.LW3B.4https://www.osapublishing.org/abstract.cfm?uri=LAOP-2016-LW3B.4restricted access535.31535.214.4543.42Optical systemsSpace OpticsSpectrometresOptical engineeringGeometric optical designAstrofísicaÓptica (Física)Óptica geométrica e instrumental2209.19 Óptica Física2209.06 Óptica geométrica
