Para ello, se tomará como punto de referencia temporal clave la aprobación de la Ley de Memoria Democrática. Examinando, en consecuencia, la situación anterior y sobre todo posterior a ese momento, y confrontado lo acontecido con el régimen jurídico internacional aplicable a estos supuestos.This article examines how the Right to Justice has been recognized and implemented in Spain for victims of serious human rights violations and/or international crimes committed during the Spanish Civil War and the Francoist dictatorship. It takes the enactment of the Law of Democratic Memory as a key temporal reference point, examining the legal and institutional context before —and especially after— its adoption and enter into force.
