In this paper we show how mean value analysis can be applied to retrial queues. First, we illustrate the technique for the standard M/G/1 retrial queue with exponential retrial times. After that we show how the relations can be adapted to obtain mean performance measures in more advanced M/G/1-type retrial queues.engMean Value Analysis Of Single Server Retrial Queuesjournal articlehttp://www.worldscinet.com/apjor/27/preserved-docs/2703/S0217595910002739.pdfhttp://www.worldscinet.com/restricted access519.216Retrial queueMean value analysisProcesos estocásticos1208.08 Procesos Estocásticos
