These results are distributed along the text that has been organized around three important items: fundamental magnetic properties, different fabrication procedures, and characterization techniques. A general introduction and some experimental results recently obtained in Pd and Au nanoparticles have also been included. Finally, the more promising applications of magnetic nanoparticles in biomedicine are indicated. Special care was taken to complete the literature available on the subject.engAtribución 3.0 Españahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/es/Metallic magnetic nanoparticlesjournal articlehttp://dx.doi.org/10.1100/tsw.2005.121https://www.hindawi.comopen access538.9Nanocluster-doped SiO2-filmsSequential Ion- implantationAtomic-force microscopyGold nanoparticlesThermal-dependenceCo-nanoparticlesSilicate-glassesTransport-propertiesFept nanoparticlesOptical-propertiesFísica de materialesFísica del estado sólido2211 Física del Estado Sólido
