The complication was related to pulmonary vein disconnection scars after ablation. Both patients developed new clinical tachycardia (atypical atrial flutter) secondary to a reentrant phenomena in the vicinity of a previously ablated pulmonary vein.engLeft atrial flutter after radiofrequency catheter ablation of focal atrial fibrillationworking paperhttps//doi.org/10.1046/j.1540-8167.2003.02418.x12741717https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1046/j.1540-8167.2003.02418.x?sid=nlm%3Apubmedhttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12741717/restricted access616.12Pulmonary vein isolationAtrial fibrillationFibrillation ablationCardiología32 Ciencias Médicas
