Para ello, tras una breve aproximación cuantitativa a las características principales de esa presencia y su evolución, aborda las relaciones de dominación generizadas que se manifiestan en la vida académica observando sus efectos en la subjetividad femenina de las profesoras universitarias; los discursos e ideologías que surgen por parte del profesorado a propósito de ese incremento así como la contestación de las académicas feministas al obrar androcéntrico tanto en el dominio de las relaciones sociales como en la producción científica.This article uses Bourdieu’s conceptual system from a feminist framework to analyse and critique the real social impact on account of increasing numbers of women at the highest education of Spain. In order to discusses the gendered power relations produced in the academic’s life this article profides some diferent points of views. The first point reviews from a cuantitative perspective the main features of the highest education women’s presence and their evolution. The second point analyses the way in wich it shaped the women’s faculty subjectivity dispositions, the faculty discourses and ideologies about the increasing participation of women.
