The main inequalities and perceived barriers are investigated, the communication strategies used to identify alignment with gender equality are observed, with the verification of sustainability and governance. Qualitative methodology is used: digital ethnography, semi-structured interviews and analysis of empirical studies on the topic. The results make visible tensions and hybridizations in the application of regulations, as well as challenges for management systems.engAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Mujeres Trabajadoras en el Sector de Eventos y Espectáculos Tensiones e Hibridaciones desde una Mirada Cualitativa con Perspectiva de Género, Sostenibilidad y Gobernanzajournal articlehttps://visualcompublications.es/revVISUAL/article/view/6065https://dialnet.unirioja.es/servlet/articulo?codigo=10513816open access005.745sostenibilidadeventosIgualdad de génerogobernanzaRSCindicadores de verificaciónCiencias Sociales5312.90 Economía Sectorial: Turismo
