La creación de esta aplicación web surge con la necesidad de facilitar y optimizar el tiempo empleado en la gestión integral de pisos en alquiler. Cada vez es más común adquirir y alquilar propiedades. La administración de estas puede llegar a convertirse en una maraña de facturas, papeles, citas y pagos que con el paso del tiempo se va agravando.
