Abstract
Open consultations about plain symptoms such as insomnia, hot flashes, sweating, palpitations, obesity or osteoporosis are linked to others more or less intricate, derived from the atrophy of the vaginal mucosa such as dryness and dyspareunia (painful intercourse). One of the main disorders during menopause, as I mentioned before, is Insomnia, defined as the difficulty of falling asleep or staying asleep, the presence of insufficiently restorative sleep, or early awakening, even with adequate sleeping conditions. It causes a deterioration of daytime functioning and is considered, by itself, a risk factor for health deprivation...
