Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado “El derecho al olvido digital”, tiene como objeto el estudio de ese derecho, su emergencia y sus perfiles, así como el retoque el mismo supone para quienes ejercitan las libertades informativas en la nueva sociedad digitalizada en la que vivimos.
