Los trastornos emocionales presentan una elevada prevalencia en nuestra población, constituyéndose como una de las principales causas de discapacidad y consecuencias negativas en la calidad de vida en las personas que lo padecen, teniendo una repercusión importante a nivel socioeconómico. Diversos estudios han demostrado que existen terapias psicológicas ampliamente validadas. Sin embargo, se ha observado que no todos los individuos responden de manera favorable a dichos tratamientos. Objetivo: Esta tesis tuvo como objetivo estudiar cómo los niveles basales de diversos procesos cognitivo-emocionales—rumia, preocupación creencias metacognitivas negativas, supresión emocional y reevaluación cognitiva— pueden afectar a los beneficios obtenidos por el tratamiento en pacientes con trastornos de ansiedad y/o depresión, así como examinar los costes incurridos por dichos pacientes en función de si han llegado a alcanzar una recuperación fiable tras el tratamiento o no...
